My Recovery Plan

This photo captures my recovery plan, keep showing up. My new routine is to attend a few meetings a week, minimum of three and as often as I can. I feel better after each meeting and I have no desire for me to drink. Soon I will be starting Step 1 with my sponsor and right now, I couldn’t be happier.

    • Awww thank you~ the old saying us it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Right now it’s working and I am I only need to focus on the present- today right? Maybe I’m slacking on exercising or consuming way too much sugar but I’m sober. Hopefully as the weeks go by things will start to level off…. Thanks for the support!
